Обязательно читайте между строк: "уютная" часто значит "тесная", а "эконом" — это иногда "совсем без окон".

Как выбрать хорошее жильё, не нарываясь на развод

На красивую фотку клюнуть легко, а по факту — сырость и тараканы.

Всегда спрашиваю: "А можно ли посмотреть ещё фотки?" — по реакции уже понятно, норм ли хозяин.

Иногда за цену квартиры на ночь можно было бы слетать в Турцию.

Всё зависит от города, района, времени года и, конечно, жадности арендодателя.

Если пишете напрямую — можно сбить цену или получить плюшки (ранний заезд, например).

Я пробовал(а) всё — и отдельную квартиру, и студию, и даже комнату.

Семьёй — отдельное жильё must have.
